Everything you need to know about our plans and services
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes: you can move to a higher or lower plan whenever you like. A move to a higher plan applies straight away, a move to a lower plan from the end of the period already paid.
Is there a free plan?
No: every plan is paid and there is no permanent free plan. You can create your account without paying and use the free tools on the site; to create and edit events you need an active plan, with its limits on events and participants.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments go through Stripe: credit or debit card and the other methods Stripe shows on the payment page.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription you keep access until the end of the paid period: there is no free plan to fall back to, and your data remains safe for 90 days.
How much does it cost for an association?
Associations and non-profits (in Italy, for example APS, ASD, ODV and ETS) have a dedicated plan, with unlimited events and participants, up to 300 members; above that they can choose a Business plan. You can see the price by selecting the "Associations" category.
What does the Business Enterprise plan offer?
Business Enterprise has unlimited events and collaborators, with the same features as Business Professional. We do not offer dedicated installations or versions under your own brand. If you need something the plans do not cover, write to info@playtheevent.com and we will tell you whether we can do it.
What is the single event pass?
It is a one-off payment to get the full features on a single event, with no subscription, designed for people who organize an event now and then. The pass card, among the plans for individuals, shows the price.
