Log in with your credentials and start creating events right away
From the dashboard, click the 'Create New Event' button
Fill in required fields: title, description, start/end dates
Add location, initial budget, and select your preferred currency
Click 'Create Event' and your first event is ready

Events: access the complete list and details of every event
Profile: manage your personal information and preferences
Analytics: monitor metrics, charts, and reports in real-time
Go to your profile and click on the 'Settings' section
Select preferred language (Italian/English) and default currency
Configure notification preferences (email, in-app, reminders)
Save changes and the app will adapt to your preferences
Create a new event from the '+' button in the dashboard or Events section
Edit existing events by clicking the pencil icon or 'Edit'
Change event status: Draft → Active → Completed → Archived
Delete archived events you no longer need (irreversible action)
Access the 'Timeline' section within event details
Add important milestones (e.g., send invites, confirm location)
Set dates and times for each phase of the event
View the timeline in calendar or list format for a complete overview
In the 'Locations' section, click 'Add Venue'
Enter name, full address, and additional notes (parking, accessibility)
View the interactive map to verify the exact location
Share directions with collaborators via link or email
Go to the 'Tasks' section and click 'New Task'
Define task name, description, deadline, and priority (High/Medium/Low)
Assign tasks to collaborators or organizing team members
Monitor task status (To Do, In Progress, Completed) from the dashboard
From the 'Collaborators' section, click 'Invite Guests'
Enter guest emails (one per line) or import from CSV file
Personalize the invitation message with text and event details
Send invitations in bulk or individually, and track delivery status
View the RSVP dashboard with statistics: Confirmed, Pending, Declined
Set automatic reminders for those who haven't responded yet
Manage responses: manual confirmation, special requests, guest notes
Export confirmed collaborators list in PDF or Excel format
In the 'Groups' section, click 'Create New Group'
Give the group a name (e.g. Family, Friends, Colleagues, VIP)
Add collaborators to the group by dragging or selecting them
Send targeted communications only to specific groups when necessary
Access the 'Relationships Graph' from the Collaborators section
Select two guests and define the relationship type (40+ types available)
The system will automatically detect potential conflicts (negative relationships)
Use AI to balance the tables while maximizing positive relationships
In the 'Budget' section, set the total amount available for the event
Create spending categories (Catering, Venue, Entertainment, Decorations)
Assign partial budgets to each category to distribute resources
Monitor budget used vs. remaining budget in real-time with charts
Click 'Add Expense' and enter amount, description, and category
Upload receipt or invoice photo for complete documentation
Indicate who paid and the transaction date
View expense list sorted by date, category, or amount
Select an expense and click 'Split Costs'
Choose method: Equally, By consumption, Custom percentage, Manual
Select collaborators involved in the cost split
The system automatically calculates who owes what to whom
Go to the 'Reports' section and select the reference period
Choose export format: PDF (graphical) or Excel (tabular)
Customize the report including: summary, details, pie charts
Download or send the report via email to organizers and stakeholders
Open the Analytics Dashboard from the main menu
View cards with main metrics: Total Events, Budget, Collaborators
Explore interactive charts: temporal trends, budget distribution
Filter data by period, event status, or category for targeted analysis
Analyze the 'Participation over time' chart to identify peaks and drops
Check the RSVP confirmation rate and compare with previous events
Identify the most expensive spending categories and savings opportunities
Use AI-powered insights to receive automatic suggestions and best practices
From the Analytics section, click 'Export Data'
Select tables to export: Events, Collaborators, Expenses, RSVP
Choose format: CSV (Excel compatible) or JSON (developers)
Download the file and use it for custom analysis or integrations
Access the 'Forecasting' section in the Analytics dashboard
View participation prediction based on historical RSVP data
Get final budget estimates considering current spending trends
