How is the color palette extracted from an image?

The tool reads the pixels of a reduced copy of the image, groups similar colors together and ranks them by how often they appear. It shows up to 8 dominant colors, each with its exact HEX code and the percentage of the image it covers.

How do I choose the right colors for an event?

Colors should reflect the tone of the event: warm shades (red, orange) for energetic events, cool shades (blue, green) for corporate or relaxed events. Start from the dominant colors of your logo or venue and build a harmonious scheme around them.

Can I use the palette for printed materials?

The tool provides HEX codes, which are used on the web and in digital design. For print, convert them to CMYK with your graphics software or ask your printer, and check that text and background have enough contrast to be readable.
