Event Attendance Estimate (indicative)
Estimate how many people will actually attend: a minimum-maximum range and the factors that move it. A starting point, not a forecast.
How it works
Choose the event type, enter the number of expected attendees and how many days in advance you are planning, and the tool estimates the actual attendance with a minimum-maximum range, a confidence level and the factors that influence it. The estimate is based on typical cases in the industry, not on your past events: use it as a starting point and adjust it with what you know about your audience.
Frequently asked questions
How does the attendance prediction work?
The model compares your event type, the number of expected attendees and how far ahead you are planning with typical cases in the industry. It returns the predicted attendance, a minimum-maximum range, a confidence level and the factors that weigh most on the estimate.
Does the tool use data from my past events?
No: the estimate is not calculated on your past events, which the tool does not know. If you have attendance data from previous editions, use it to adjust the result, together with the invitations already confirmed.
Can I use the prediction to size catering and venue?
Yes, as a starting point. The minimum-maximum range helps you size services and resources: a cautious approach is to plan catering on the predicted figure and make sure the venue can hold the maximum.
