How it works

Enter the size of the space, the number of tables, their shape (round, rectangular) and the seats per table to calculate the best floor plan. The calculator checks the minimum distances between tables and the access aisles, so guests are comfortable and safe.

Frequently asked questions

How many people fit at a round table?

A standard round table 120 cm across seats 8-10 people comfortably, up to 12 if space is tight. A 150 cm table seats 10-12 people. The right choice depends on the type of service and how long the meal lasts.

How do I plan the table layout for a wedding?

For a standard wedding, give 15-20% of the space to the central and side aisles, 10% to the dance floor and the rest to the tables. A 120 cm round table needs about 4 m² of floor space in total.

How much space should there be between banquet tables?

The minimum gap between table edges is 90 cm so seated guests can get past, and 120 cm so serving staff can pass. For real comfort, keep 150 cm between tables.
